1. About us

Muhwa Korean Beauty is a trading name of HYCROSMA LTD, registered in England and Wales. Our studio is located at Lock Studios, Studio LK.409, 7 Corsican Square, London E3 3YD. By booking a treatment or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings

All bookings are made through our online booking platform, Fresha. By making a booking, you enter into a contract with HYCROSMA LTD for the provision of the selected treatment. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, in which case any payments made will be fully refunded.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on our website and Fresha booking page are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Fresha. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows. By booking a treatment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our cancellation policy.

5. Consultations and health

A consultation may be conducted prior to your treatment to assess your skin and discuss any relevant health concerns. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, or recent treatments that may affect the service provided. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may not be safe or suitable for you. In such cases, a full refund or alternative treatment will be offered.

6. Treatments and results

Our treatments are carried out by qualified professionals using industry-standard techniques and products. While we strive to deliver the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee specific results from any treatment. Any concerns about your treatment should be raised with us within 48 hours by contacting info@muhwa.co.uk.

7. Memberships

Membership credits act as a prepaid balance and can be used towards any treatments or products within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Membership credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused credits will expire at the end of the validity period. Complimentary treatments included with memberships cannot be exchanged for cash value. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards are purchased through Fresha and are subject to Fresha's terms of service. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards must be redeemed within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of HYCROSMA LTD and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYCROSMA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Consumer rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to services carried out with reasonable care and skill. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for certain contracts made at a distance. However, once a treatment has been performed, the right to cancel does not apply. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Complaints

We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us at info@muhwa.co.uk within 48 hours of your treatment. We will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

13. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
